1 Can of chickpeas
1 Clove of garlic
Splash of tamari
2 tbsp tahini
Fresh parsley/cilantro or any other herb of your preference
1 Jalepeno, chopped and seeded
1 tsp. honey
¼ cup water (more if needed)
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend at high speed
for 30- 60 seconds, based on the power of your blender.
